I will try and answer any questions that anybody has no matter their rank. Whilst Playing on the server I will make sure that everyone is abiding by the rules and that everyone is under control, however i shall not abuse kick/ban. I would also help New players  how to use certain commands; such as !menu and !jb. As a member of staff I will make sure to constantly be in the loop with what is going on, and be in contact with other members of staff if any Players are rule-breaking or if i need help with how to go about reporting incidents and getting them sorted. As a member of staff I will make sure any Mic spammers and Racists Remarks are dealt with straight away. I want to make sure that the server is fun and enjoyable for everyone and that the player base goes on the rise, and I will not disrespect anyone on the server. What Makes You Stand Out (100 Words Minimum): I stand Out because I am a strong Leader will experience of being admin and Moderator on other GMOD servers so i have experience with ulx commands. I am also a great listener and speaker,  so if you have a problem I can listen to it and help sort it out. I will also be able to recruit other members to CPN. I also stand out because I get several hours on GMOD meaning a lot of play time for CPN and I will always be up early to keep control of the server early mornings at the weekends when others are not on. Do you have any ulx expirience, if so name 8 commands that you would use when on duty(not including noclip and the oposite eg. banish and unbanish):   !ban !jail !strip !kick !bring !goto !freeze !gag Laid out in steps, how would you deal with a RDM case using ULX commands: First of all i would use !goto to teleport to the player who has just called RDM and then ask then what happened, i would then use !bring to bring the RDMer to myself and the victim. I would then ask the RDMer if it was an accident and if not why did he do it, and then if they are Minging then I will use !warn to warn them, but if i see fit I will either use !kick or !ban, but only after I have confered with my other colleagues.
