because I think I would be helpful and it can be a good experience and I can learn from in and also I know it can be stressful not having a team and being part of staff will need people that are reasonable and can help the other members and the users without

no, unfortunately, I do not have experience with ulx but I'm sure I can learn I'm very a good learner and quick as well

I, unfortunately, don't know how to use ulx yet but I would talk to both people to give a chance to explain what happened then I will occur to a conclusion to decide if the person is going to get banned or not
